Taking your work performance to the next level.

About One-on-One Coaching

How does it work?

I believe we are never done learning and growing, and leaders must “know thyself” in order to help, develop, mentor and influence others.

We will start on the inside talking about those things that help us be our best selves, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, and  mindfulness.

We will identify, explore and begin to understand your strengths, brand, values and beliefs.

We focus them all outward, leveraging the value you deliver to others to create impact.  We discuss challenges and frustrations and develop tools for immediate use.

We set goals and meet consistently to ensure progress and growth.

Whether you are exploring a new country, trail or farmer’s market, seeing something through inquisitive eyes opens up opportunities to examine intricacies sometimes lost, allowing us to gain perspective.  It is through this lens that we continue to learn, grow and achieve new levels.

These are some of the leadership exercises we do:

  • Strengths assessment
  • Values exercise
  • Branding exercise
  • Beliefs exercise
  • Goal setting exercise
  • 5 minute journal
  • Consistency wheel
  • Storytelling
