Vicki's volunteer work with The Honor Foundation has been life changing for every Special Operations Veteran she has coached. She guides discussions with business savvy and empathy to help veterans understand their value and how to convey it. Her unique PIC:ME curriculum helps job seeking veterans succinctly deliver a personal pitch that matters.

I met with Vicki for 5 sessions. Through that time we utilized tools to assess my strengths and weaknesses. Vicki was amazing at utilizing the results to formulate a new way of looking at the opportunities in my life. Vicki is an amazing facilitator, trainer, and coach. She has a calm, concise presentation style and uses many exercises to engage her audience with the materials to create valuable learning situations. Vicki is truly “others focused” and the embodiment of a Servant Leader. Since 2015, she has helped me and hundreds of other veterans from the military Special Operations community take their years, and sometimes decades of rigorous fulfilling work experience, and distill it down to a clear, succinct and impactful stories used to connect to potential employers and organizations.
